Gekko en Kat Kunst Zoektocht is hosting their openings event at Broedplaats Oogst Hengelo!
Be there: May 29th 16:00-21:00We are celebrating the opening of 6 beautiful art installations and other surprises scattered in abandoned buildings throughout the city center of Hengelo. Join this fun filled event for an art market, music, poetry, drag performances, food and more! Are you curious, playful, or perhaps even whimsical? Then this event is for you! All ages are welcome! 💕🦎🐈💗💖

On Thursday, June 4, the doors of Concordia Art Space will open in the evening for a special program — this time organized by Gekko en Kat! And it definitely won’t be a boring night, with jazz music by @roundbackband, a Prokkel tour by Aveleijn, a “Building Small Sculptural Creatures” workshop by @ervaar, and… a Murder Mystery! 🔪
You’ll be assigned a character, step into your role (and outfit?!) and search for clues hidden within the exhibited artworks, while a charming musician guides us waltzing through the night. Want to join? You can sign up in advance, which will get you a character with a personality trait and the opportunity to dress up according to the theme (highly recommended!).
